To cover phone calls Monday - to Friday from residents needing signposting or advice or requesting an action for a variety of local Gov enquiries.

Ability To Absorb Information Quickly
A high level of customer care skills and behaviour to both internal and external customers.
3- 5 GCSE's, Grades A-C Including English & Maths or equivalent
A calm approach to confrontational situations
A commitment to operate in a customer focussed environment
