Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Gain an in-depth understanding of the orgainisation's training objectives in order to effectively design and develop a range of training programmes which champion the business values and add value to the organisation. Monitor and review training outcomes to ensure knowledge is effectively embedded and utilised in accordance with learning objectives. Deliver training in both a formal and informal setting, producing relavant course materials and documents. Share best practice and resources in training, learning and assesments, conducting train the trainer sessions if required.
