A Day in the life of a Recruitment Expert:

• Building and maintaining great relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understanding clients and candidates wants and needs.
• Uploading new roles onto RecruitCRM and job platforms.
• Head hunting and creatively sourcing candidates for roles.
• Selecting clients you want to work with and agreeing terms.
• Guiding candidates to the next step in their career.
• Providing a fantastic service throughout and after.

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 6 months experience within recruitment or the property industry.
• A strong desire to build your own business.
• A great phone manner and communication skills.
• The urge to go above and beyond for your client and candidate.
• Passion, ambition and resilience
