Silver Recruitment Service

CRA GROUP LIMITED will act on your behalf and post your vacancy across all our advertising mediums and collate all CV’s received, thus allowing you to preserve your anonymity.  CRA will then review, select and forward all the relevant CV’s in a professional format for your second (own) recruitment process to begin: i.e. assess the candidates, shortlist for interview, interview, take references, job offer and unsuccessful candidate letters.

 

Gold Recruitment Service

CRA GROUP LIMITED will act on your behalf and post your vacancy across all our advertising mediums and collate all CV’s received, thus allowing you to preserve your anonymity. CRA will then scrutinise each application against your job description as to their suitability before forwarding a shortlist for you to consider. This will also involve head hunting candidates by CRA consultants to attract professional interest in your vacancy and these candidates will be added to your shortlist of applications received. At this point, you will then take over the recruitment process and approach the candidates you wish to interview.  This service will save you time and money, by CRA using its expertise in shortlisting appropriate candidates.  So much information is given on a CV, but seeking out the relevant skills can be very time-consuming, especially if you are new to the ups and downs of the recruitment process. 

 

Yearly Recruitment Service Plan

CRA GROUP LIMITED’s specialised and tailored full recruitment package.  This process involves a yearly contracted service for recruitment within one or several departments. A total number of 3, 5, or 7 successful placements over 12 months along with the full support of our Client Review Assessment through a dedicated Client Relations Manager. In addition this will include searching CRA’s own and other databases  for suitable candidates (in some cases headhunting for them), scrutinise and qualify  them as appropriate before forwarding those it believes suitable for the client’s  consideration. All of the candidates will have been interviewed and referenced as to suitability prior to being shortlisted and sent to the client. CRA will then act as an intermediary between those candidates the client wishes to interview and the clients themselves.   It will assist the client, if required, to come to a decision as to which applicant will be most suitable or indeed, return to databases to seek out more candidates for consideration.
