The Doyle Collection is seeking a dynamic and dedicated People and Culture Employee Engagement Executive to look after our three London properties. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, plan and implement employee communications that brings to life the company's vision, values and culture to employees
  • Execute the data retention plan in accordance with the Company retention guidelines
  • Manage and drive campaigns and activity that drives engagement across a diverse and international group of employees.
  • Use new and innovative ideas to help us communicate more effectively the successes and changes that we make.
  • Multi-media content creation for communications channels, both internal and external ensuring all content is kept on brand.
  • Ensure our communications are on brand and compliant with all guidelines.
  • Develop effective networks and relationships at all levels in the business and externally to keep up to date with the market trends and what our competitors are doing all things EE.
  • Working on employee engagement events and coordinating the delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual activities across the properties.
  • To assist the London P&C teams with ad hoc duties in relation to employee engagement.
  • Arrange and communicate monthly activities such as Birthday Lunch, Pay Day Breakfast, Birthday cards and international days across the 3 properties.
  • Monthly communication of Proud Points per property.
  • Work with the People & Culture teams to ensure that quarterly Proud Celebrations take place inclusive of Brand Ambassador, MOQ, Service Awards and bespoke awards.
  • Manage bi-monthly meetings with HOD's in relation to GPTW activities and communication regarding GPTW.
  • Monthly updates on GPTW activity and actions following feedback and suggestions from our team, "You Spoke We Listened"
  • Support HOD's and send out monthly trackers on Time to Talks and Probation reviews.
  • Maintain a high level of competitor awareness and local trends.
  • Communicate feedback in a creative and informative way, ensuring notice boards are kept up-to-date with current priorities
